This survey was designed by Dr. Eric Rodriguez, Assistant Professor of Psychology in the Social Science Department at the New York City College of Technology (City Tech, CUNY) and a member of Trinity, in conjunction with the Reverend Paul Milholland, Trinity’s Pastor, and the Trinity Church Council led by Kate Stutzel.The final version of this survey was approved by Pastor Paul Milholland, the Trinity Church Council and the Internal Review Board (IRB) at City Tech.

The purpose of this survey is two-fold. First, this survey will collect information as part of Trinity Lutheran Church’s long range strategic plan. Second, this survey will allow Dr. Rodriguez to continue his research on religious and spiritual identity with members and participants of the congregation. Data collection for the survey will begin on 9/18/2011 and continue through 9/18/2012. Completion of this survey will take you approximately 20 minutes.
