5-Year Enrollment Trends

The links below will give you key demographic information for several academic years. These data will be updated on a semester basis. If you have more detailed requests, contact the Office of Assessment & Institutional Research (x5696).

How to Read the Enrollment Trend Spreadsheets

Along the side (rows) are the program names, department subtotals, School subtotals, and college totals. Along the top of the page (columns) are the semester/year and student admission types. The admission types are:

FTF = First Time Freshmen
Trans = Transfer Students
Re-ad = Readmitted Students
Non Degree = Non-Degree Students
Cont = Continuing Students
Total = Total Enrollment (the sum of all the types of students)

The last several columns, in page 4-6, summarize the 5-year percent change between the "starting" semester and "ending" semester. For example, the "Fall 2006 - 2010 Enrollment Trend" Fall 2006 is the "starting" semester and Fall 2010 is the "ending" semester. No percent change was calculated if the program was discontinued or did not exist in the start semester. Use caution when interpreting percentages based on very small numbers. The enrollment trend reports are color coded; fall report is green and spring is orange.
